Important Announcement

• Registration for the congress and workshop should be indicated according to participation status. The workshop will take place on June 7, 2023, and the congress will be held from June 7-9, 2023. Detailed information can be found on the congress program page.

• The deadline for submitting abstracts for paper presentations is May 31, 2023.

• Paper submissions must include a paper title and abstract for paper presentations. The full text of accepted papers must be submitted by July 31, 2023.

• Attendance to the workshop on the first day is free of charge.

• Only the presenter of the paper will have free access to the congress. Other participants will be charged a participation fee of 1000 ₺.

• All expenses and accommodation outside the congress program are the responsibility of the participants.

• Participants who have completed the registration process will be notified.
